Constructed Wetland

A constructed wetland is an ecological biofilter that utilizes water loving plants that naturally filter water to create a pristine and balanced eco-system. A constructed wetland is an ideal solution when a site has an abundance of greywater, but limited space where vegetation can be grown. Since wetland plants transpire at a rapid rate this is a good use of  greywater and an opportunity to create beauty and habitat while cooling the environment.
